Q:  Do I need to bring my own bed linens and towels?
A:  Sheets and bath towels will be provided.  It is recommended that you bring
     your own beach towels.  A washer and dryer are available if you need to do
     any laundry.  

Q:  What are the check in/out times?
A:  Summer weekly rentals are from Saturday-Saturday with check in time being
     4pm and check out time being 11am.  Off peak rentals are more flexible so
     please inquire for further details.

Q:  Do I need to make a deposit to book the cottage?
A:  Yes, a $300 deposit will be required.  This fee doubles as your deposit to book
     the cottage and the security deposit in case any damages occur during
     your stay.  This fee will be returned to you immediately after your stay
     with us.
  

Q:  What if I need to cancel my reservation?
A:  You have up to 60 days before your scheduled stay to cancel your
     reservation.  If you cancel within that time period your full deposit will
     be returned to you.

Q:  Are pets allowed?
A:  Sorry but we are not allowing pets at this time.

Q:  Is smoking allowed?
A:  No.
